Hand-made Pressed Flower Cards

I am always inspired by the colours of my garden and the flowers that continue to suprise me every year on their return. I started to press flowers as a means of preseving some of their beauty. The handmade paper cards are made by simply picking flowers when they are fresh, and leaving them flat between pages of a book or a simple flower press at room temperature. All flowers will often change colour, ranging from soft delicate pastel hues to more intense vibrant colours. No chemicals are used in the growing or pressing of the flowers.
