Shipping policy

Shipping on many items is Free

Postage costs start at £1 for small packages. Items such as oversize knitting needles, yarn and some other miscellaneous items incur a cost of £3.50 for the UK.

Items are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class Post or Evri 

We try to despatch all items the same day, though during busy periods, it may take an extra day or so to despatch your order. Most orders are usually received within a couple of days. We can send orders to all UK postcodes (including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands).  

Delivery may take longer in the following instances:

• The availability of one of your order items may have changed from when you purchased – if this is the case we'll email you to help you find an alternative
• If it is a UK Bank Holiday period

All goods delivered to the UK (including Channel Islands) are sent by Royal Mail or Evri Monday - Friday (excl Bank Holidays).
