Baby Booties

All our baby clothes are hand made by Grandma in Devon using soft hand dyed yarns. Like many mums in the 1960's, my mum started to knit for her first born and together with her mum, she made a whole drawer of baby clothes for my sister to keep her warm through the winter of 1963. Her baby clothes were used for all three of her children and she continued to knit for all her six grandchildren, as well as extended family members and friends.

These baby booties are designed to keep baby's toes warm and cosy. Order them as a gift for a newborn, or simply as a treat for your own baby. The soft natural yarns will last over time and can be used for baby number two and three!!
