Merchant and Mills Indian Block Print Cotton Hummingbird Stripe

woven cotton fabric with an off white base and green, golden tan and red block printed stripe. This Indian cotton has a soft feel and would suit patterns with fullness and gathers such as the Florence and Etta. An opaque cotton with a slight translucency and no stretch.

• As our Indian cloths are handmade, sometimes susceptible to irregularities in the weave or print, this is all part of their charm and are not classed as flaws.
• This fabric is hand dyed. For the couple of washes, place the fabric in the washing machine drum with a handful of table salt. This will fix the dye to prevent it from running.
• Wash at 30 or 40 degrees with a non bio detergent. Do not tumble dry.
