The Harvest Hues yarn collection is inspired by the subtle tones of autumn in Devon. The yarn blends the saturated tones of the dyed Falklands Merino, the lustrous Bluefaced Leicester and the naturally dark fibre of local Zwartbles; this creates a range of complex shades with incredible depth of colour. The yarn is woolly and full-bodied, balancing softness, bounce and shine.

John Arbon textiles
The John Arbon Mill, based in South Molton, Devon is one of only a handful of small-scale worsted spinning mills still operating in the UK. John likes to use fibre from sheep on his doorstep whenever possible and, with the help of his team, transforms it into unique and sumptuous blends in the form of yarn and tops.
The Mill was started nineteen years ago, and is based on a very simple concept – a return to old-style textile manufacture by sustainably sourcing raw fibre locally, wherever possible, and converting it in the UK into high quality tops and yarns, rather than racking up air miles by chasing the cheapest available labour.
