Pome Drops Cotton / Linen Double Gauze

A soft double gauze in a deep grey blue and pine green. Double gauze consists of two layers of fine open woven cotton/linen blend. They are attached together with tiny stab stitches at regular intervals, usually every centimetre, in a grid pattern.
Due to the open weave nature of this cloth it may be susceptible to irregularities in the weave, these are not classed as flaws. It is recommended to use a smaller stitch length for these double gauze fabrics (for example a number 2).
- 154cm wide.
- 4.7oz, 162gsm.
- 75% cotton, 25% linen.
- Country of origin; India.
- For the first couple of washes, place the fabric in the washing machine drum with a handful of table salt. This will help fix the dye to prevent it running.
- Wash at 30 or 40 degrees with a non bio detergent. Do not tumble dry.
